Yup, our dogs, too. It’s much easier.
Fergus doesn’t realize that he can jump through the shower curtain once he’s inside, so we just take him into the shower with one of us. He hates it.
Glad to know that we’re not the only ones that get naked and shower with the dogs. We have a walk-in shower with a built-in bench and a hand-held nozzle (if we wish) that we use on the dogs. It sure is easier than the sink or bathtub! The dogs like it more than bathing with strangers at the groomer’s.
The first time we tried it was at my parents’ house; they have glass shower doors and The Ferg was pretty much stuck. At our home, we have shower curtains but he’s no clue how easily he could escape. He just sits at our feet and we wash him after we’ve finished with ourselves.
